Sara DeYulio

Chief Financial Officer

Sara joined CodeMettle as the CFO in December 2018 and is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of all finance activities. She has over 15 years of experience, including public offerings, company transactions, and operational insight.

Prior to joining CodeMettle, Sara served in finance and accounting leadership roles for ten years at a technology company that provided demand-side management solutions to utilities, completing a sale to a multi-national public company. Prior to that, Sara began her career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving public and private companies in the technology and telecommunications industries.

Sara holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She is an active Certified Public Accountant in Georgia.
