Kimberly leads CodeMettle’s business development for Navy, Marine Corps, and defense agency programs, building relationships and identifying opportunities that drive long-term growth. She brings more than 30 years of experience delivering military and commercial communication systems, with deep expertise in satellite communications and network operations.
Prior to CodeMettle, Kimberly served as Senior Capabilities Requirements Manager for SATCOM and PNT at the U.S. Space Force and as Department Head of Space Operations at Navy Network Warfare Command, where she led a $10 million effort transforming commercial SATCOM into warfighting maneuver space. A retired U.S. Marine Corps officer, she served 20 years in telecommunications leadership roles, including Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Kimberly holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
